Dominique Certo was Chief Resident Engineer at Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG for the 8 MW Faizabad Hydropower Project in Afghanistan, financed by KfW. He supervised day-to-day construction, managed Fichtner’s staff on site, and liaised closely with the Contractor as well as the Employer’s Site Representative.
